This Return Policy applies to purchases made through sicura-watches.com and is issued by D GROUP EUROPE BV, a company registered in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the item.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting Customer Service via our [Contact Form]([INSERT LINK]) (or by email at returns@sicura-watches.com ), quoting your order number.
- After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.
Important (EU/EEA): We do not charge a “restocking fee” where it is not permitted by applicable law. However, we may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item (e.g., signs of wear, sizing marks, scratches, missing protective films, incomplete packaging).
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, the timepiece must be:
- Unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, booklets/cards, tags, protective films (where applicable), and any complimentary items included with the order
- Packed securely to prevent damage during transit
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in value where items are returned used, worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete.
3. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your delivery country (so we can provide the correct return guidance)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate returns address.
4. Return Shipping & Responsibility
Unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/incorrect item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend returning your item using a tracked and insured shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it is delivered to our returns address and signed for. We are not liable for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
5. Restocking Fee, Customs Charges & VAT (Your Requested Adjustment)
A) €60 Restocking Fee
Where permitted by law, approved returns are subject to a €60 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
When the €60 restocking fee applies (examples):
- Returns requested after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period (where we accept the return as a courtesy)
- Returns from countries/transactions where a statutory withdrawal right does not apply (for example, certain non-EU destinations, or business purchases)
- Any other return scenario where charging a restocking fee is permitted under applicable law
When the €60 restocking fee does not apply:
- Where prohibited by applicable law (including many EU/EEA consumer withdrawal situations)
B) Customs Duties, Import Fees & VAT on Returns
If your return involves international shipping (for example, returning an order from outside the EU), you are responsible for all costs and charges that may apply, including:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Import taxes and VAT
- Brokerage/handling/administration fees
- Any other government- or carrier-imposed charges
If a returned parcel reaches us with unpaid duties/taxes/VAT, or if we incur any charges to receive, clear, or process your return, these amounts will be deducted from your refund (in addition to any applicable €60 restocking fee). If the total fees exceed the refund amount, we may contact you for settlement before the return can be completed.

6. Inspection & Refunds
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
If your return is accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed (your bank or card issuer may take additional time).
What we refund:
- The price paid for the returned item(s)
- For EU/EEA consumers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, we also refund the standard (lowest-cost) outbound shipping option offered at checkout (if you selected an upgraded shipping option, the upgrade portion may not be refunded), as required by law.
What may be deducted (where applicable):
- The €60 restocking fee (when permitted)
- Any customs duties/VAT/fees incurred on the return
- Any reduction for diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary
- Any missing items/components/packaging costs (where applicable)
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery via [Contact Form]([INSERT LINK]) and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will provide an appropriate resolution in line with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused (unless required by law) for:
- Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage
- Items returned without original packaging and included components
- Complimentary items missing from the return
- Personalized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
10. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered timepieces follow the same return rights once delivered. The return/withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the timepiece.
